Jim Brotherton - CEO/President
Jim is the president of the company he began working for over 30 years ago as a laborer to operator, welder, foreman, and superintendent over several crews. He has extensive knowledge of environmental issues which are essential in many of the contract areas Brotherton Pipeline operates in. Jim's duties include all major decision-making, supervision of large bid jobs, purchasing and maintenance of company equipment, and monitoring all financial and administration matters throughout Brotherton Pipeline, Inc.

Mike Cantrell - Superintendent
Mike has been employed with Sage Pipeline and Brotherton Pipeline, Inc. since 1977 and has worked various locations throughout the Northwest on gas lines and other projects. Mike began as a laborer and has worked as a welder, operator, foreman, and superintendent. Mike has always believed that safety is the number one priority as well as creating as little environmental impact as possible.

Peter Anhorn - Gas Division Director
Peter has been working at Brotherton Pipeline, Inc. since 2006. Prior to working for BPL, he was employed with Avista Utilities for 10 years. During that time, he obtained a broad knowledge in the gas construction industry from designing natural gas distribution services and mains to the project management of large pipeline installations. Currently, Peter's duties include the administration and financial supervision to help streamline efficiencies throughout Brotherton.

Cliff Seals - Roseburg Supervisor
Cliff has been in the pipeline business since 1971, having worked for Victor Valley Pipeline, Arizona Pipeline, Sage Pipeline, and Brotherton Pipeline. He has performed all phases of work from laborer to supervisor. With many years of experience in estimating, Cliff is capable of seeing a project through from start to finish and ensuring that his crews are safe at all times.

Mike Decker - Klamath Falls Supervisor
Mike started working for Sage Pipeline (now Brotherton Pipeline) in 1969. He started as a laborer and worked his way up, becoming a welder, operator, foreman and now supervisor. Mike, who was once a manager for Avista Utilities, specializes in gas distribution and high pressure mains and services both plastic and steel. He is dedicated in making sure his crews are safe and getting the job done right.

Dave Wilson - White City Supervisor
Dave started in underground utilities in 1993 for Artoff Construction and began working for BPL in 2001. Dave has worked for several of Brotherton's divisions (traveling to Washington, Nevada, and Texas), working on bore crews, installing power, and operating equipment for gas distribution. He is now supervisor of the White City Division, ensuring his crews are working safely and efficiently.

Mike Womack - Lagrande Supervisor
Mike has been working for Brotherton Pipeline since 1988 and has learned the trade from the ground up: working as a laborer, operator, driver, and welder. Specializing in plastic distribution and gas mains/services, Mike is fully dedicated to safety, gas company standards, and customer satisfaction.

Mike Young - Ashland Supervisor
After working for Brotherton Pipeline, Inc. in the late 1970s, Mike formed his own natural gas pipeline contracting business (Genesis Construction Services, Inc.) in 1985. For 23 years, Genesis held contracts with Avista Utilities and its predecessors to install natural gas distribution services and mains as well as repair work in the Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix, Oregon area. In 2008, Mike re-joined Brotherton PIpeline, Inc.

Israel Brotherton - Safety Director
Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, Israel has been working for BPL since 1992. As safety director, Israel coordinates safety programs and training for all districts. He also works in the field as a bore crew supervisor, overseeing job sites and operating heavy equipment.

Matthew Brotherton - Directional Drill Foreman
Like his grandfather and father before him, Matt has been in the pipeline business since 1992. A qualified arch welder, Matt supervises most of Brotherton's local and long distance directional drill bids, keeping his team safe and on schedule.

John Kelly - Pipeline Superintendent
John has been with Brotherton Pipeline, Inc. since1986, having started and has worked as a laborer, semi-truck driver, and operator. He has extensive experience in horizontal and directional boring and has completed projects in Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

Gary Stacy - Equipment Manager
Gary started working at Brotherton Pipeline, Inc. in 1993. He is an experienced semi-truck driver with extensive knowledge of ODOT regulations and equipment operation. As Equipment Manager, Gary oversees the general maintenance and registration of BPL's fleet and operating equipment.

Charles Brotherton - Safety Coordinator
Charles has been in the pipeline business field since 1987. Working in several BPL divisions, Charles has confidence in all areas of construction from administration to basic laborer. His scope of work ranges from backhoe/excavator operator to stick welding to supervisory positions.
